Manuscript Preparation

Manuscript Preparation

The manuscript should be clearly written, concise, and grammatically sound. We strongly recommend that authors seek feedback from colleagues prior to submission to ensure the paper meets high academic standards and adheres to the journal's guidelines.

Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be presented in the following order:

Title Page

This page should include the title of the paper, the names of all contributing authors, and their corresponding institutional affiliations. In addition, the full contact information of the corresponding author (postal address, email address, telephone, and fax number) should be provided. This author will be responsible for handling all correspondence and proofreading the final version of the manuscript.

Abstract

Each manuscript must include a concise abstract (up to 300 words). The abstract should summarize the purpose of the study, the main research question, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. This section should provide a brief overview of the study to help the reader quickly understand the scope and results of the research. Avoid including citations, mathematical symbols, or equations.

Keywords

Provide 5 to 7 relevant keywords below the abstract to help with the indexing and searchability of your article.

Introduction

The introduction should clearly outline the objectives of the study, along with sufficient background information to justify the research. The rationale behind the study and the hypotheses being tested should be described.

Materials and Methods

This section should be succinct but comprehensive enough to enable the replication of the research. Include detailed descriptions of the materials, equipment, and methods used in the study.

Results

Present the findings of your research in a logical sequence within the text, supported by tables and figures. Avoid repeating the same data in both tables and figures. The results should strictly focus on the findings and should not include interpretation or discussion.

Discussion

The discussion should interpret the results in the context of the hypotheses posed in the introduction. Discuss the significance of your findings, possible sources of error, and compare the results with previous studies in the literature. Only in rare cases should the results and discussion sections be merged. Refer to figures and tables by their respective numbers to help integrate them with the text. Also, consider limitations of the study and future research directions.

Conclusion

Summarize the main conclusions of your study and emphasize its significance in the broader scientific context. Highlight the contributions made by the research and its potential applications.

Acknowledgement

Acknowledge any financial support or grants received for the research. Declare any potential conflicts of interest related to funding sources. Additionally, any technical or logistical assistance should be recognized here.

Funding Information

Please acknowledge the sources of funding for your research and provide the relevant details of the funding agencies or institutions.

Author Contributions

Specify the individual contributions of each author to the manuscript. The level of detail may vary depending on the nature of the research, but all authors must be credited for their roles in the study.

Conflict of Interest

Authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest—be it financial, personal, or professional—that might influence the research or be perceived as such.

References

Authors are responsible for ensuring that the references are complete, accurate, and conform to the APA style. Only published or "in press" references should be included in the reference list.

Tables

Tables should be self-explanatory. Do not duplicate data that is already presented in figures. Number the tables consecutively and provide a brief but informative caption above each table. Tables should be double-spaced, without vertical lines separating columns. Include units of measurement in parentheses under column headings and provide footnotes to clarify abbreviations or symbols.

Figures

Figures should be included only when necessary to illustrate key points. Number figures consecutively and cite them in the text. Ensure all figures are of high quality (300 dpi or higher) and appropriate size for either column or full-page formatting. Provide a clear legend below each figure that explains any symbols or abbreviations used.

Abbreviations and Units

Use SI units as per the latest standards. Always write measurements in figures except when they appear at the beginning of a sentence or when the number is less than 10. Follow standard abbreviations for common terms and use "Fig." for figure references, except when starting a sentence.
