Abstract

This study examines the level of Human Resource (HR) analytics adoption and its relationship with employee turnover intention in private management colleges in Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). The analysis uses the supplied SPSS output for 100 valid respondents. Descriptive results show a mean HR analytics adoption score of 3.87 (SD = 1.051) and a mean employee turnover intention score of 3.04 (SD = 1.004), measured on five-point scales. Simple linear regression indicates a statistically significant positive association between adoption and turnover intention (R = .675, R² = .456, adjusted R² = .450, F(1, 98) = 82.041, p < .001; B = .645, β = .675, t = 9.058, p < .001). The null hypothesis of no significant relationship is rejected. Since the coefficient is positive, higher reported analytics adoption is associated with higher reported turnover intention in this sample. The cross-sectional findings do not establish causation and warrant further investigation.
